Ingredients:

  • Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12
  •  
  • Safed til (Sesame seeds) 1 tbs
  •  
  • Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 5-6 cloves
  •  
  • Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
  •  
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) 4-5
  •  
  • Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs
  •  
  • Cream 2 tbs
  •  
  • Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1/3 Cup
  •  
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  •  
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  •  
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
  •  
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  •  
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  •  
  • Boneless chicken cubes 500g
  •  
  • Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
  •  
  • Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
  •  
  • Mon Salwa Plain paratha

Prepare Green Chutney:

  • Podina (Mint leaves) ¼ Cup
  •  
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ¼ Cup
  •  
  • Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 2-3
  •  
  • Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
  •  
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) 3-4
  •  
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
  •  
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  •  
  • Lemon juice 2 tbs
  •  
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup

Assembling:

  • Mayonnaise

Directions:

In spice mixer,add cashew nuts,sesame seeds and grind well.

Add garlic,ginger,green chillies,dried fenugreek leaves,cream and blend to make a paste & set aside.

In a bowl,add yogurt,ground cashew paste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,cumin seeds, black pepper powder,salt and mix well.

Add chicken and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.

In frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well and cook on medium flame until tender & dries up (12-15 minutes).

Add onion,mix well & set aside.

Heat griddle,place paratha and cook from both sides until done & set aside.

Prepare Green Chutney:

In blender jar,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,button red chillies,garlic,green chillies,cumin seeds, salt,lemon juice,yogurt and blend well.

Assembling:

On paratha,add mayonnaise,cooked chicken and drizzle green chutney,fold to make a roll,warp in butter paper & serve (makes 6).
