Ingredients:
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
Water 2 Cups
Sugar 1 Cup
Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
Kewra water 1 tsp
Lemon slice 1
Prepare Milk Syrup:
Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
Sugar 1/3 Cup
Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
Olper’s Dairy Cream 100ml
Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
Custard powder (vanilla flavor) 1 & ½ tbs
Pista (Pistachios) finely chopped 1 tbs
Badam (Almonds) finely chopped 1 tbs
Khoya crumbled 50g
Bread slices 10-12
Cooking oil for frying
Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Badam (Almonds) sliced
Dried rose petals
Directions:
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
In a saucepan,add water,sugar,green cardamom,kewra water,lemon slice,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved (3-4 minutes).
Let it cool.
Prepare Milk Syrup:
In pot,add milk and bring it to boil.
Add sugar,cardamom powder,mix well and cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes.
Turn off the flame,add cream and whisk well.
Turn on the flame,in milk,add custard powder and whisk well.
In pot,add dissolved custard,whisk well and bring it to boil.
Add pistachio & almonds,mix well and cook on low flame until thickens (2-3 minutes).
Add khoya and whisk well.
Let it cool.
Cut bread slices into stick shape with the help of knife.
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry bread slices on medium flame until golden brown.
