First Ever Civic Reception To Celebrate Eid
Fantastic evening at the Lord Mayor of Manchester Yasmine Dar and her Consort Majid Dar‘s first ever Civic Reception to celebrate Eid with some of the wonderful diverse organisations and charities of our great city.
The event was a resounding success, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds to celebrate Eid in a spirit of unity and inclusion. It was a privilege to hear the Lord Mayor’s passionate speech about celebrating inclusion, having heartfelt conversations and enjoying delicious cuisine.
It was a powerful demonstration of how celebrating our differences can strengthen our bonds and create a more inclusive society. This event served as a testament to the importance of fostering understanding, respect, and acceptance among all members of our community, regardless of our cultural or religious differences.
