A Launching And Curtain-raiser Event For Pakistan-uk Lifestyle
A launching and curtain-raiser event for Pakistan-UK Lifestyle EXPO 2024 took place at the Stretford Hall, Trafford, Manchester on Friday 8th March 2024.
Chief guest Mr. James Daly MP, British Prime Minister's Envoy on Trade with Pakistan attend the event along with Mr. Tariq Wazir, Consul General of Pakistan Manchester.
Pakistan-UK Lifestyle EXPO will take place in Manchester on 1-2 June this year.
Consulate General of Pakistan Manchester and Sleek Asian have collaborated for this much needed initiative. This will be the biggest showcasing of Pakistani products in the United Kingdom that will include textile, food, tourism, fashion and real estate sectors of Pakistan.
A cross section of people from all walks of life including the Pakistani diaspora in the U.K attend the event.
The central point of the EXPO is to coordinate efforts being put in by all stakeholders to enhance trading and investment opportunities between Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
Such events will likely boost the current trading relations and will open new avenues for trade and investment between Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
Media's role will be critical in ensuring a successful event and therefore all media persons are requested to give full coverage to the launching event as well as the
EXPO itself in June later in the year.
It is expected that around 200 companies and delegates will visit from Pakistan to participate in the EXPO in June.
