Consul General Of Pakistan Tariq Wazir And His Wife Hosted A Farewell Dinner
Consul General of Pakistan Tariq Wazir and his wife hosted a farewell dinner in honor of the completion of the tenure of the High Commissioner of Pakistan to the United Kingdom, Mr. Moazzam Ahmed Khan, at a local venue.
Dr Mohammed Younas Perwaz started the ceremony by reciting the Holy Quran and presented Naat-i-Rasul Maqbool (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
Consul General of Pakistan Tariq Wazir, in the beginning of his speech, thanked the guests for attending and assured that the event will be kept simple in respect of Muharram-ul-Haram.
High Commissioner Mr. Moazzam Ahmad Khan thanked Council General Tariq Wazir in his address and added that he will always remember the love of the people of Manchester and thanked everyone from the bottom of his heart.
Tariq Wazir and his wife presented the High Commissioner and his wife with a framed t-shirt with messages from the audience , along with bouquets of flowers and gifts.
