Rizwan Naseer organised a lavish dinner and get together evening in the honour of Taufeeq Butt at a local venue in Manchester.
Absolutely amazing night, everyone enjoyed the evening, lots of good conversation and laughter exchanged amongst the guests.
Program began with the recite of a talawat from Dr Mohammad Younas Perwaz and followed by Naat sharif read my Mohammed Sarwar.
In his welcome speech Mr Rizwan welcomed Mr Taufeeq and thanked all the guests who attended in large numbers despite the bad weather and with a short notice on the beginning of the week.
In his speech Mr Taufeeq firstly thanked Rizwan for the invite and expressed his joy to see so many guests from in and around Grt. Manchester.
Taufeeq Butt went on to say that he is really thankful to the overseas Pakistani who showed him so much respect and love he will never forget, he specifically pointed out the people of Manchester who continued to turn up to meet him and discuss issues facing Pakistan and shown so much interest to hear his views.
He said his only regret that due to short visit he wasn’t able to accept everyone’s invite but will try to stay longer on his next visit.
Also attend our Lord Mayor of Manchester Yasmine Dar Yasmin Dar and Consorte Majid Dar.
Many dignitaries and well know famous personalities were also present including ex Lord Mayor of Manchester Abid Chohan DM digital owner Dr Liaqat Malik and his Mrs Nazia Malik; businessmen Ch Anwar Yaqub Adeel Chaudhary, Syed Khalid Abbas Abdul Sattar Rana Rana Asif Butt, owner of Lahori Grill and Tawa Arfan Ahmad.
After the speech 3 course meal was served with the variety of beverages.
Fantastic music was also arranged, and excellent performance by Manchester’s up coming multi talented DJ and singer Zahid Ali and his support singer Shevani.
It was such an amazing evening that Mr Butt himself got hold of the mic and sang with Zahid, guest just loved his performance.
In the end lots of selfies and photos taken with the guests.
